    Have a life changing experience.
Open up opportunities to work in Snowsports industry.

If you are a keen skier or snowboarder and want to improve your skills, while at the same time having a life changing experience, then our program is for you.

Come down to Queenstown, New Zealand, and to enjoy what there is to offer in this Fantastic winter resort.
At the same time as this we will be facilitating an 11, 8, 6, or 5 week training program which will give you the skills so that you can sit the NZSIA Level 1 and the NZSIA Level 2 instructor’s exams.
All of your training will be done by a current and qualified NZSIA Examiner.

We are continually working with Snowsports Schools around the world, to build bridges and create opportunities so that after completing The Instructor Training Co. program you can then go on to work in the snowsports industry.

We have many past participants out there gaining experience, and logging up their hours, while getting paid, and enjoying an incredible lifestyle.

If you have ever felt that doing some kind of ski or snowboard instructor qualification is something that might interest you then why not come down and do it here. The life style is unrivalled and the skiing and riding is great.

Come to New Zealand and achieve your Instructor qualifications. It is an excellent way to see if the ski industry is for you.
Include it as part of your travels or come straight here.
Whether you are on "summer" break, on a gap year, or just want to get out of the office for a while, then we would love to hear from you.

Comments from the 02/03/04/05/06/07/08/09 season participants

"Our son has just retuned to UK, he had a fantastic time with you in Queenstown, and has a ski instructor offer waiting for him !! Many thanks for everything"

"just to say a massive thank you for a brilliant 11 weeks. I thoroughly enjoyed it and you organised the whole course fantastically, keeping us on the straight and narrow with all our skier anaysis and lesson planning, so it wasn't a last minute panic before the exams.  Saying I'm a ski instructor rather than an accountant has a much better effect on people!!!"

"I first came out there and my goals and reasons for attending the course were to improve my personal skiing and have a season on snow. Because of the enthusiasm, passion, humour and professionalism that you all exuded, I too became passionate about achieving the required grade to gain the level 1 qualification. I’m glad that I managed to scrape through. It has been a life changing experience and I hope that I can now go on and try and use the qualification somewhere in the Northern hemisphere this coming season. Thank you for your dedication in helping us all to try and get the NZSIA Level 2."

"The best thing of the course is how much you care about us improving our skiing and passing the exam. Regarding the cost, I thought at the beginning that it was expensive but now after the course I think the cost is OK"

    "Queenstown rocks!"

"All the best for the future and thank you once again for a brilliant course."
"I thought the course was excellently run - the accommodation, on snow training, night sessions everything"

“I had the wickedest, grooviest and funkiest time I could have hoped for – you guys did everything perfectly”

“Queenstown – more buzzing than the average bee! I don’t reckon you could place a course like this, in a better setting”

“Coronet Peak is an excellent place to train. Top notch stuff”

“The course has been excellent. I felt very well prepared for the exam. I’ve had lots of fun”

“Thanks very much for a wonderful three months. The course was spot on and tuition first-rate. I think we were all as prepared as we could have been for the exam."

"I thought the course went really well. I thought the accommodation was good. I liked the way it was 3 days a week that gave us plenty of time to go over the stuff we needed to personally concentrate on."

"Yeah it seems expensive when you first see it but I am sure you have compared it to other courses available in Europe and it's good value compared to that."

"I also think that it would be a good idea to emphasize the benefit of NZSIA Level 2 compared to say stage 1 in Canada (ski le gap) because that differentiates you from them well."
