What Is It Like Doing Level 1 + Level 2 Internship with SITCo?

Not many people get the opportunity to train and work in the best ski resorts in the Southern Hemisphere; this is a unique opportunity to train with some of the world's best ski trainers and then work alongside them.

The program will begin before Coronet Peak and The Remarkables open with a Queenstown orientation and getting you set up with all the necessaries such as bank accounts and Tax numbers. Once the ski lifts are open, on snow training will commence with the focus on training for the NZSIA level 1 exam, once this is achieved you will work for NZSKI at either Coronet Peak or the Remarkables.

You must pass the SBINZ Level 1 in order to take up the work placement. Three weeks of work will get you up and running as a qualified instructor and give you the chance to earn some money before getting back into training for the level 2 exam.
